Combining the knowledge of astronomers, the facilities of Blackrock Observatory and the insight of artists, Capture the Cosmos aims to unlock the wonder of the Universe and help young school children to explore it further as part of our celebrations marking the International Year of Astronomy.
In a series of workshops delivered by astronomers and printmakers; students from four schools in Cork have created their own images of the universe using Monoscreen printing and Drypoint printing process which will be on exhibition during the festival.
